Question 1

What is a digital product?

Accepted Answer

A SUCOHub digital product is a downloadable file or toolkit delivered electronically. Current driver and fleet products are mainly Microsoft Excel workbooks or ZIP packages containing Excel files and supporting material. No physical item is shipped.

Question 2

How do I receive my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Paid SUCOHub products are purchased through secure Stripe checkout. After successful payment, SUCOHub provides access to your digital download and sends the purchase details to your email address. If a download link does not arrive or you have trouble accessing it, contact hello@sucohub.com with your order details.

Question 3

Do I need special software?

Accepted Answer

The current SUCOHub driver and fleet trackers are designed for Microsoft Excel. Fuel Tracker Lite, Driver Tax Tracker Pack and Fleet Manager Pack use .xlsx files. The Truck Driver Toolkit uses a macro-enabled .xlsm workbook for its automated SAVE CHECK function, so full functionality requires desktop Microsoft Excel with macros enabled. Check the product page before purchase for the exact file format and requirements.

Question 4

Can I print the files?

Accepted Answer

Some SUCOHub resources can be printed, but the current driver and fleet products are primarily designed to be used as Excel workbooks. Printing is optional and may not preserve interactive features, formulas, validations or macros. Check the product page for the intended file format and use.

Question 5

Can I share the files with another person?

Accepted Answer

Licence terms depend on the product. Most SUCOHub downloads are for the purchaser's personal use, while some business tools such as the Fleet Manager Pack are licensed for use within the purchaser's own business. Files must not be resold, redistributed or shared outside the licence shown on the product page.

Question 6

What should I do if I have trouble downloading a product?

Accepted Answer

If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact hello@sucohub.com with your order details and we'll help you get your files.

Question 7

Are refunds available for digital products?

Accepted Answer

Because digital products can be downloaded immediately and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, refund requests are considered case by case in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you cannot access your purchase, receive a damaged file or experience another genuine issue, contact hello@sucohub.com with your order details. See the Digital Product and Refund Policy for the full terms.

Question 8

Which currency are prices displayed in?

Accepted Answer

All SUCOHub prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Paid products on sucohub.com are processed securely through Stripe.

Question 9

How can I contact SUCOHub?

Accepted Answer

You can email us at hello@sucohub.com or use the contact form on our Contact page. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Question 10

Can I use the SUCOHub Excel trackers in Google Sheets?

Accepted Answer

SUCOHub's current driver and fleet trackers are designed and tested for Microsoft Excel. Some .xlsx files may open in Google Sheets, but formulas, validation rules, formatting and other features may not behave exactly the same. The Truck Driver Toolkit's macro-enabled SAVE CHECK function will not run in Google Sheets. For the intended functionality, use Microsoft Excel as stated on the product page.

Question 11

Is there a subscription fee?

Accepted Answer

No. The current SUCOHub downloadable products are sold as one-time purchases unless a product page specifically says otherwise. There is no recurring software subscription for the Driver Tax Tracker Pack, Truck Driver Toolkit or Fleet Manager Pack.

Question 12

Are SUCOHub tax trackers ATO-approved or tax advice?

Accepted Answer

No. SUCOHub tools are organisational record-keeping resources and are not ATO-approved tax products, tax advice, accounting advice or a guarantee that a deduction or GST treatment applies. The Driver Tax Tracker Pack helps organise information and working records for review. A registered tax agent or accountant should advise you on your own tax position.

Question 13

Will the Excel trackers work on a Mac?

Accepted Answer

If you use a current desktop version of Microsoft Excel for Mac, standard .xlsx SUCOHub workbooks should open normally. The Truck Driver Toolkit contains a macro-enabled .xlsm file, so macro support and security settings need to be enabled in desktop Excel for the automated SAVE CHECK feature. Check the product page requirements before purchasing.
